Dr. Fulmer opened his Kenosha practice after graduating with honors from the Marquette School of Dentistry. When he returned to Kenosha, degree in hand, he opened his first full service dental office at 2909 Roosevelt Road. A couple years later he began serving families in western Kenosha County with his state-of-the-art dental office at 7137 236th Avenue in Paddock Lake.
Through his years of doing everything from filling the simplest cavity to performing the most difficult and challenging dental procedure, Dr. Jim has taken great pride in giving his patients what they want the most – painless and successful procedures that have resulted in some of the brightest smiles in Kenosha County.
